Nebraska Voicemail Instructions

1. Call your Voicemail access number from the above list using a touch tone phone.
2. Enter the 10 digit access telephone number.
3. Enter your password, followed by the # key. Your password will be a default code of “0000” until you change it.
4. Main Menu: Press 1 to retrieve message, or press 9 for mailbox set up.

From the Main Menu press 9, then:
Press 1 – To get greeting options. 1-Play, 2-Re-record, 3-Delete
Press 2 – To change password.
Press 3 – Enter your password, followed by the # key. Your password will be default code of “0000” until you change it.
Press 4 – To change auto login.
Press 5 – Language Settings
Press 8 – Name
Press * – To return to main menu.
Press 1 – To listen to greeting.
Press 2 – To save the greeting.
Press 3 – To delete the greeting.
Press 4 – To re-record the greeting.
Press * – To return to mailbox setup.

From the phone subscribed to service:

1. Dial xxx-xxx-7011 (vmail access #) , If auto login is enabled, need only dial the access number
2. From a different phone:
   • • Dial xxx-xxx-7011(vmail access #)
     • Enter your 10-digit mailbox number
     • Enter your password followed by the #

1. Access your voice mailbox.
2. Press 9 for the mailbox setup menu.
3. Press 1 for greeting options.
4. Press 2 to record your greeting.
5. Record your greeting and then press #.

1. Access your voice mailbox.
2. Press 9 for the mailbox setup menu.
3. Press 2 to change your password.
4. Enter your new password and then press #.
5. When prompted to verify the password, enter it again then press #.

1. Access your voice mailbox.
2. Your first new message may play immediately. If not, press 1 to listen to your messages. You will hear the announcement “You have x new messages and x saved messages.”
3. Press 1 to listen to new messages.
4. Press 2 to listen to saved messages.

1. Press 1 to play the message again.
2. Press 2 to save the message and play the next.
3. Press 3 to delete the message and play the next.
4. Press 4 to save the message as new.
5. Press * to return to main menu.
6. Messages can only be saved for 30 days. If you want to save it longer, you will need to listen to it and save it again.

1. Check your E-Mail as you normally would.
2. When you get a voice mail message, you will receive an e-mail from ‘Great Plains Communicatons’ delivered right to your inbox. The message will have an attachment.
3. Open the attachment and your media player will play the message.
4. If desired, you can save the attachment.
5. Follow the links in your message to save or delete the message from the Voicemail system.
6. Messages can only be saved for 30 days, if you want to save it longer, need to listen to it and save it again.
