The 4th of July is a great day for celebrating America’s independence with friends and family while enjoying BBQ and fireworks.
Some of the best fireworks displays are once again coming straight into your home and others are even coming straight to your mobile devices!
Macy’s Fireworks on the 4th of July is live streaming on UStream. Now, you can enjoy your backyard BBQ and catch one of the largest displays on Independence Day. The program begins at 8 pm CST, so you’ll have plenty of time to catch the fireworks before it even gets dark here in the Midwest. (Just remember to use your home Wi-Fi connection or you risk hitting that pesky mobile data cap).
If you are more of a traditionalist, then there is little better than America’s 4th of July Concert in D.C. airing on PBS at 7 pm CST. This historic event features 20 camera angles and boasts performances by The U.S. Army Herald Trumpets, The U.S. Army Ceremonial Band, the U.S. Air Force Ceremonial Band.
During the day, flip the channel to GPC-TV and experience the beautiful voices of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir’s 4th of July Concert. Please check your local listings (or i-guide) for information about air times.
