Starting on Friday, July 12, those who use portal.gpcom.com to access their eBill and webmail accounts will have a different way to log into these accounts. As of 8:00 AM tomorrow, all web traffic to the portal will be automatically redirected to our corporate homepage. The home page is officially replacing the portal as your easy access point for eBill and webmail.
Removing the portal means customers have a more direct link to their accounts from Great Plains Communications corporate website. Customers will be able to access their eBill through the “Manage My Account” button on the right hand side of the homepage. Webmail is available using the button right below it that says “Manage My Email”. Both of the buttons can be seen on the picture at the top of the page.
Customers will still use the same username and password as they always have. We want to make sure customers know this is not a new service. It’s just a better way to access the services you already enjoy from Great Plains Communications.
