Congratulations to Ponca High School! They won our Winter Sports Contest which asked schools to send in video coverage of their winter sporting events. We received dozens of great games from around the state, but Ponca won for the quality and quantity of its submissions.
Ponca High School won the $500 grand prize and an additional $150 for the number of games they submitted. Ponca submitted 34 of the 140 videos that we received during the contest. We gave out $1,000 to schools during the contest.
The contest helps us bring more local high school sporting events to our communities, which is some of the most popular programming on GPC-TV.
